Official Rules — DCAI Monthly Community Drawing

1. Sponsor

The promotion is sponsored by Dance Connection AI ("DCAI" or "Sponsor"). Questions about the promotion may be sent to brianpicard@danceconnectionai.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family or household members of Dance Connection AI are not eligible.

3. Entry periods

Each drawing generally covers one calendar month in Central Time. The inaugural October 2026 entry period begins when the first eligible question post is published on October 18, 2026 and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time. Beginning November 1, 2026, monthly entry periods begin at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on the first day of the month and end at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the final day of that month.

4. How to enter

During an entry period, respond in the comments to an eligible DCAI question post on Facebook or Instagram with an original, on-topic response to the question asked. No purchase, payment, account subscription, share, tag, or referral is required.

Each person may earn one entry per unique qualifying question. When DCAI reposts the same question at a different date or time, responses to the duplicate post do not create an additional entry for that same question. A person may earn additional entries during the month by responding to different eligible questions.

Spam, duplicate responses, automated entries, copied responses, off-topic comments, or entries that violate platform rules may be disqualified. Sponsor may reasonably verify eligibility and entry authenticity.

5. Prize

One monthly winner will receive twelve months of a DCAI Solo account at no charge. The approximate retail value is $348 based on the current $29 monthly Solo price. If the winner instead uses a qualifying Studio or Multi-location account, the same $348 value may be applied as a credit toward that account.

The prize is not transferable, has no cash redemption value, and may not be combined with another cash payout. Any taxes or other obligations arising from receipt or use of the prize are the winner's responsibility.

6. Winner selection and odds

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly entry period. The drawing will normally occur within seven days after the entry period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner through the social account used to enter and may request an email address or other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and fulfill the prize. The potential winner must respond within seven days of the first notification attempt or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity and privacy

Unless prohibited by law, the winner agrees that DCAI may publicly identify the winner by the name or social handle associated with the winning entry for the limited purpose of announcing the drawing result. Information collected specifically for winner verification or prize fulfillment will be used for administering the promotion and related legal or recordkeeping requirements.

9. General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify entries affected by fraud, abuse, manipulation, technical interference, or conduct that undermines the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel a drawing when circumstances outside its reasonable control make fair administration impracticable, subject to applicable law.

10. Platform disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. By entering, participants release those platforms from responsibility for administration of this promotion to the extent permitted by law.

11. Governing law

The promotion is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Where a provision of these rules conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law controls.
