Your teaching.
A useful head start.

AI helps with the work around the lesson. You bring the experience, make the decisions and keep your own teaching voice.

Capture it while it’s fresh.
Type, dictate or paste a transcript. AI organizes the notes into useful summaries, takeaways and next steps.
Prepare with context.
Use student goals, up to the last six private lessons and your coaching guidance to generate a focused next-lesson plan. Daily preparation can also include group-class context.
Keep students connected.
Turn teaching notes into student-friendly language and prepare useful digests, so the next lesson starts with shared context.

See the prompts. Make them yours.

Several teaching and content prompts are editable per studio. Start with useful defaults, then shape the guidance and voice to fit how you teach. Required formats and safeguards stay in place.

Keep the studio moving.

Bring the practical details into the same place as your coaching work.

A timer that stays with the lesson. Set 1–240 minutes, pause or reset, and get a five-minute cue.

Competition preparation and results

Keep competition documents and result information connected to the student. AI can extract score-sheet information for review and help analyze results using available organization-specific context. Check the organization, category, level and rule version before relying on advancement guidance.

Give your calendar
a marketing voice.

The optional Social Media Engine uses class and event details to draft captions and generate flyers. Review the work before handing it off through your own Zapier and Buffer setup.

A few useful answers.

Does this work for an independent instructor?

Yes. Solo is built for one instructor. You can connect goals, lesson notes, student follow-up, bookings, classes and reports without starting with a larger studio plan.

Where does AI help?

AI helps organize lesson transcripts, draft student-friendly notes, prepare lesson plans and digests, review competition information and create optional marketing content. Your goals, lesson history and coaching guidance provide context; the instructor reviews the output and decides what to use.

Can I change the prompts?

Several teaching and content prompts are visible and editable per studio. Some formats, parsers and safeguards remain fixed so the resulting content can work with the rest of the product.

What is the difference between studio and event bookings?

Studio Bookings handles everyday instructor availability and student or public guest requests. Event bookings use an event-specific link, instructor availability, guest intake and a separate guest portal. Booking-only plans focus on events; Solo, Studio and Multi-location include the broader studio tools.

What does the free trial cover?

Teaching plans have a 30-day trial and require a card. Review the checkout for your selected plan and any setup or add-on charges. Social Media Engine setup is charged immediately and is separate from the base-plan trial.

Do social posts publish automatically?

You review and approve the content before handoff through your own Zapier and Buffer setup. A successful handoff is not a guarantee that a connected social platform has published the post.

Can I move from booking to a teaching plan?

The booking-only options are a focused starting point. Contact us about the teaching plan that fits your instructors and studio, and we can help you work through the next step.
