About these terms
These terms govern use of Dance Connection AI, including its studio management, lesson planning, booking, event, communication, and AI-assisted services. By creating a paid or trial account, you agree to these terms. For questions, contact brianpicard@danceconnectionai.com.
Accounts and responsibilities
Account owners are responsible for users they authorize, the accuracy of information they provide, and ensuring they have authority and appropriate notices or consents to upload student or guest information. Studios are responsible for their own lesson services, cancellations, waivers and safeguarding minors.
Payments and renewals
Prices, trial periods, one-time fees and billing intervals are displayed at checkout. Unless cancelled before the next billing date, recurring plans renew and are billed through our payment provider. Manage cancellation through available account billing controls or contact us for assistance. Refund eligibility and applicable consumer rights depend on the purchase and applicable law.
AI-assisted content
AI-generated lesson plans, summaries, transcripts and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review generated material before using or sharing it. DCAI does not replace a qualified instructor, medical professional, or competition governing body's official rules.
Recordings and permissions
Do not record or upload another person's voice, image, or information unless you have the legally required permissions and consents. Obtain guardian authorization where required for minors. Users are responsible for complying with recording, privacy and intellectual-property laws.
Availability and security
We work to keep the service available and protect information, but interruptions or security incidents can occur. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
Ownership and uploaded content
You retain rights to content you are authorized to submit. You grant us limited permission to host, process, transmit and display that content to provide and support the service. Do not upload content you lack permission to use.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for misuse, nonpayment or material security risks, subject to applicable law. Contact us to request account closure or data export; retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability and disputes
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. For disputes, contact us first at brianpicard@danceconnectionai.com.
Updates
We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date. Material changes may require additional notice or acceptance.
